Upon entering you will met by the living room which also has a queen size sofa bed, 2 black coffee tables for dining, and a gray buffet table. It’s decorated with paintings and etchings and even mirrors framed in gray. Large French windows let in the Parisian daylight; often picturesquely gray and open out to the quiet street below. Relax in front of the TV, which has numerous English news channels available, as well as an endless choice of French channels if you are eager to work on your French.

Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
