Located on the first French floor of a building Madeleine, this two-bedroom luxury Paris apartment which would provide you with a comfortable abode on your Parisian long stay living experience.
Its living room is furnished with a comfortable chaise lounge sofa, an armchair, a center table, and a media shelf with a television to help you relax after a long day in the city or at work. Another sofa is located right in front of the dining area, which is situated just a few steps away from the living area.
The dining area has a glass table and four chairs in which you can enjoy the lovely home cooked meals from the apartment’s fully-equipped kitchen, which is located next to the dining area. The warm and inviting kitchen contains cooking essentials, including a boiler, a coffee maker, a freezer, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, and an oven, that allow you to prepare food at your own convenience. It even has its own television to keep you entertained while cooking. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes dryer are also placed in the apartment to aid you in your vacation chores. A telephone and high-speed WiFi connection are also available to keep you entertained throughout your stay in this luxury long term apartment rental.
With two bedrooms and a bathroom, this apartment is ideal for long term stay for small families or students, or corporate guests and business colleagues, as it can accommodate up to four people. Located near the kitchen is the smaller bedroom that is furnished with built-in closets, a sofa, and a double bed that oozes with comfort for a good night’s sleep during your stay. Right next to it is the master’s bedroom, which is more spacious than the previous room. It is furnished with shelves and a queen-size bed that can comfortably accommodate up to two people.
The apartment’s sole bathroom is situated right across the master’s bedroom, and it is fully-equipped with a sink, a bathtub, built-in closets and shelves, and a separate shower area for your convenience. Right next to the bathroom is the water closet, which has a toilet and a sink in it.
Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
