But when you're not window shopping or flat-white sipping, you're surrounded by iconic sights and cultural attractions, such as the majestic Arc de Triomphe and emblematic Place de la Concorde – both under a twenty-minute walk from your door. Back home, look through your new purchases and photos in an inviting and homely space. The imposing tree-lined avenue is home to a mix of chain stores and luxury brands which, once passed, will take you down to La Concorde, where you’ll find some nice green areas, the French Government buildings, as well as the Grand Palais - a must-see for art and architecture fans alike. Don't miss Rue Saint Honoré - the epitome of chic Parisian shopping which take you all the way to the hip independent bars and shops of Le Marais.

Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
