The Eiffel Tower can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. Close to the Jardin du Ranelagh and rue de Passy where you will find all the shops you want. 

The One bedroom is located on the third floor of a really quite building.
There is a caretaker available 5/7.
It has parquet flooring and classic furnishings.
It is composed of
– A living room with a corner sofa, 2 coffee tables, a TV and a dining table.
– A bedroom with a double bed (160*200), 2 bedside tables and large cupboards
– A bathroom with bathtub and washbasin, toilet
– An equipped kitchen
Metro station is really close to the building such as good restaurants and nice shops.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
