Located on the top floor of a classified building with an Elevator and Air Con.
Upon Entering you will met by the living room which has a sofa bed and its extremely comfortable and there’s a sliding door which separates the living room from the rest of the apartment, There’s also a flat-screen TV for relaxing. On the far side of the living room is the kitchen which has just about everything you’ll need, from a stove top, to a microwave and fridge, as well as all the smaller necessities like a Nespresso maker and kettle. The contemporary white table seats four.
The bathroom is downstairs near the bottom of the stairway. It’s been remodeled and has a bathtub with shower attachment, WC, sink and towel warmer.
A spiral staircase leads you up the stairs to the bedroom where you’ll find a high-quality queen bed, closet space, and even a platform to stand on so that you can look out the skylight for views of the rooftops. You can even see Notre Dame!
Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
