The property offers 3 well-sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen; this apartment will delight fans of space. The dining room is full of natural lightthanks to a beautiful original feature bow window. The owner, an amateur photographer, has decorated the rooms with beautiful photography, bringing dramatic shots of natureindoors. This apartment can accommodate up to 9 people; it is perfect for a large family or a group of friends traveling together, while there is plenty of room to find some privacy too. Linens, towels and professional cleaning, before and after your stay, are all included in the rent.

There are polished wooden floors throughout and rooms are decorated to a high standard with French-style light features, originalfireplaces and striking pot plants, lending this apartment an opulent yet homely feel. The historic features of this property have been maintained whilst essential modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, cable TV and WiFi access are subtly integrated. There is plenty of storage; the hallway is lined with built-in closets and each double bedroomoffers plenty of wardrobe space. The lounge area has a street view, perfect for people-watching and soaking up the Parisian atmosphere of the Luxembourg area. This living area also has a double sofa bed for larger parties and is a social, warm space for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. Finally, two spacious bathrooms are beautifully finished, one with marble features and both a bath and shower, one is a clean, white shower room.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
