Located steps from famous Folies Bergeres Cabaret, in between Bonne Nouvelle and Grands Boulevards areas. Typical Parisian charm with hardwood floor, high ceilings, decorative fireplace. The apartment proposes a large living room equipped with a convertible sofa bed for 2, dining table, cupboards. The kitchen is separated with all necessary household appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, stoves, kitchenware…). The corridor leads to one bedroom equipped with a day bed and desk, that can be let as an office or close as a bedroom with sliding doors. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large dressing. The bathroom accessible from the master bedroom offers a sink, toilets, bidet, bathtub. A separate guest toilet is near the entrance.
Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
