The apartment is sleek and new, stylish and up-to-date while keeping a Parisian touch with its high ceilings, original wooden floors and long French windows. In terms of stylish decor, the apartment has been furnished with mid-century modern design. The living room is simple yet chic with its comfortable sofa, lounge chair and coffee table. The TV has basic cable which includes English News channels such as BBC and CNN.
There is a small private terrace that can be easily accessed from the living room or from the kitchen. A family or a group of four people can enjoy a small breakfast in the morning or a romantic dinner on the beautiful outdoor table. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Guests are able to make a simple breakfast to a nice French dinner.
This chic place can easily accommodate up to four guests. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. There is a bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower and a double sink. The toilet is separate and conveniently located in the hallway.
Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
