Located on the 5th floor of a luxury building (24-hour caretaker; code and intercom), the Passy Plazza, the apartment is comfortable, bright and very quiet. – One entrance (armoured door) – A living room with sofa, dining table, a desk area – A closed and equipped kitchen (refrigerator, hotplates, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, etc.). – One bedroom with a double bed (180 cm), bedside tables, etc. – A bathroom with bathtub – A terrace overlooking a garden with a table and chairs.
Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
