A very good tourist visiting spot departure. You could visit the Plant Garden and buy food on the famous rue Mouffetard market.The apartment is quiet and sunny. This is one of the classiest parts of Paris and full of great restaurants, museums and history! Such wonderful places to visit in this neighbourhood! Enjoy the spacious Jardin des Plantes  and various museums and small petting zoo for the kids. The Pantheon is also very close by and all the little streets that were the beginning of Paris. If you have seen Midnight in Paris, you will love being a part of this neighborhood where some of the scenes were shot!
For restaurants and night life, Rue Mouffetard is sure to keep you busy. 
There are several fresh markets during the week that should not be missed. One is at Place Monge and the other is on Rue Moufetard.

The 26 square meter Studio is located on the 4th floor of a historic Parisian building in the 5th arrondissement. It is accessible via stairs. There is a sofa bed and one double bed present in the studio.  There is a flat screen TV placed on a study like desk and WiFi present in the building for work and entertainment. The Kitchen comes equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer and utensils to prepare hearty meals.

The bathroom offers a shower cabin, toilet and sink. There is a washing machine also present inside the bathroom.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
