Situated on the top floor of a building (with lift) the interiors offer a very spacious 525m2 of living space. The accommodation is spread over two levels with a magnificent living area and kitchen, on the higher level, accessed up a wide spiral staircase. This room has wooden floors and large glass doors along one side, opening up to a terrace with wonderful views over Paris. It is particularly inviting place to sit with an evening drink at sunset. The sofa can also be used as a single sofa bed for 1 guest.
On the lower level, are three bedrooms (3 double bedrooms) and three bathrooms (two with bath and one with shower). The bedrooms have parquet flooring and are decorated and furnished in soft, soothing colours. There is also a new gym room on this level with an exercise bike and weight machine. The many amenities include satellite TV (four TVs in total), DVD, I-pod dock, stereo system, heating, air conditioning, hairdryer and heated towel rails in the bathrooms. There is also a washing machine and dryer, and ironing facilities. A baby cot and highchair are available on request.
