The Séguier street is a path in the area of the Mint in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, next to the river Seine.
The apartment is in an ancient XVII century building which is a French historical monument. Like a traditional hôtel particular, the building has a colossal main entrance and a courtyard with trees and stone footsteps leading to the building entrance. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and is wheelchair accessible. The living room also features a sofa, a coffee table and a bookshelf.
A double bed can be found behind the partition wall and can be accessed through the living room.
