In St Germain des Prés, you will be close to the Luxembourg Gardens and the National Assembly, the rue de Sèvre (5 min walk from the Bon Marché). 10 minute-walk from the Invalides Walk down the Rue Bonaparte to the Place Saint Sulpice and you will get an "almost complete" picture of Parisian fashion. Finally, for a play, a cabaret, you will have a wide choice in this area.

Located rue Cassette, you will be settled in an apartment benefiting from all the necessary comfort for a quality stay. The apartment has parquet flooring and Haussmann-style mouldings. All rooms overlooking a courtyard, the apartment is quiet and bright.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
