Surrounded by the Seine river you will be a few steps away from Notre Dame Cathedral, you will also find some of the beautiful Parisian landmarks and monuments on both sides of the river.

The apartment is located on Ile De la Cite; the heart of Paris. there is easy connectivity to 1st and 4th district of Paris. This 110 square meter apartment is spacious and loctaed in a historic building close to Notre Dame.

The apartment has an apealling living room with a crsent window allowing the natural light to flow through it. The living room has two sofas with designer coffee table and designer stools. There is a beautiful oval dining table for 8 guests right accross the living area and next to it is the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is open plan but still is designed in such a way that you have your privacy while making delecious treats.

The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The three bedrooms have plush beddings and each room has a view through there cresent shape windows.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
