The living room is furnished to the hilt and has everything in place, starting with an 8-seater L-shaped sofa, a flat-screen TV with cable, a large hardwood centre coffee-table, a bookrack, a small coffee table in the corner with two chairs. The apartment has gorgeous dark hardwood floors. There is high-speed unlimited Wi-Fi which can be accessed from any room in the apartment.

Adjacent to the living room, there is a modern-style kitchen which is spacious and has been tastefully-done equipped with all modern equipment and lifestyle appliances. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, a dishwasher, burner, extractor hood, oven, coffee-maker, toaster, storage cupboards and a bunch of utensils for guests to cook at home with ease. There’s also a dining table for 4 people by a large French window.

There are two bedrooms in this apartment. The master bedroom has a large French window and has a king-size double bed and a large closet which adorn the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a separate entrance from the hallway and has twin single beds and a bedside table between them. This bedroom also has a large window for ventilation and natural light. There is a single bathroom and a separate toilet in the apartment. The bathroom is spacious and is equipped with a bathtub, a showerhead, washbasin with a mirror. The toilet and bathroom both are cleaned promptly and are kept well-maintained. All the linen used in the apartment also gets replaced promptly by the proficient staff.

The apartment is located in the historic and upscale neighbourhoods of Le Marais and has numerous popular sights and monuments in close proximity to it, like ‘The Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers’ and the ‘Notre-Dame Cathedral’. Moreover, the surrounding area to the apartment has a lot of upscale restaurants, bistros, cafes, antique shops and numerous entertainment avenues.
