Located ideally between the Eiffel and Invalides, the apartment is just 2 minutes walk to the infamous rue Cler. This naturally lit apartment has big French windows and is on the third floor of an historic building. The location of the apartment cant get any better with the Paris landmark, Eiffel and Champs des Mars just 12 minutes walk from here and with St. Germain des Pres a short walk, gives you access to gourmet shops, boutiques, and art galleries.

The apartment is located along Avenue de Breteuil, and it can accommodate up to four people. As you enter the apartment, you will see a hall with wooden floors in which a door that leads to a well-lit bathroom will greet you. The blue-tiled bathroom is furnished with a shower area, a sink, a mirror, and a hairdryer. Another door is placed within the bathroom that leads to Champs de Mars - Cler’s master bedroom in which a queen-size bed is placed for a comfortable night’s sleep after a day of sightseeing in the city. A large wooden wardrobe closet with a full-length mirror is placed beside the bed to keep your things tidy throughout your vacation.

Situated beside the master bedroom is the living room that has an ample amount of windows to keep the place sunny during the day as you sit back and relax in the cozy sofa bed placed in front of the television and a music player that would keep you entertained throughout your vacation. Beside the television is a desk situated near the window in which you can catch up on your reading and writing. A telephone and a fast WiFi connection are also available to keep you connected throughout your stay.

The dining table is right across the sofa which has a seating for three guests. You can enjoy your freshly cooked meals from the kitchen situated behind the living area. The fully-equipped kitchen contains a toaster, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a coffee machine, a broiler, and other kitchen necessities that allows you to prepare meals at your own convenience. 

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
