Our Process

If you need emergency accommodation at short notice, you can contact your insurance provider to work with us to find you appropriate serviced accommodation in your area. Your insurance provider will then instruct their loss adjuster to reach out and find accommodation solutions for you.

We can then arrange to meet with you and show you apartments that we believe are suitable based on your requirements. We can then place the preferred unit on hold for you till your claim is approved and you are ready to move in. Our team will then assist with checking you and your family into your apartment and help in answering any questions you may have.

Additionally, we work closely with local councils and authorities to assist with accommodation for pre-planned work on residential complexes.
