This is a lavish two-bedroom apartment in a historic building in the heart of the centre of Rome, only a few minutes from Piazza Barberini and Via Veneto.

This apartment has been recently refurbished and has an amazing terrace overlooking the rooftops of Rome. It opens onto a hallway leading to the furnished terrace; to the left is a first bedroom furnished with two single beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. A corridor leads to a second bedroom on the left, furnished with a double bed (160cm x 190cm), two bedside tables and a walk-in closet. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. The apartment also has a second bathroom with a shower cabin on the right and a living room with kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher and a table for 5 completes the dining area. The living area also features a sofa and a TV mounted on a wall.

The apartment is equipped with a central air conditioning system for hot and cold air and double-glazed windows in the entire apartment.

Cancellation Policy

For short stays Halldis will keep:

- 30% of the total amount due for cancellations received 48 hours or more from check-in; - 100% of the total amount due for cancellations received less than 48hrs from check-in.

For medium / long stays Halldis will keep:

- 30% of the first monthly rent, for cancellations received within 48hrs from check-in;

- one month rent for cancellations received less than 48hrs from check-in
