There are three apartment types to choose from ranging in size from 48 sqm up to 68 sqm. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, antico flooring, and tasteful window coverings that accentuate the natural light. Choose from the One bedroom, two bedroom, and Penthouse each offering a unique blend of luxury and comfort. Each apartment features a private balcony, you can unwind and enjoy the amazing view of the surrounding harbour and ocean.
Weekly Housekeeping is included. Enjoy amenities like Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and a coffee machine for a seamless Southampton experience.
Our serviced apartments are situated in the heart of Centenary Plaza close to Southampton Harbour. The prime location offers convenient access to coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants. Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of the Quayside Wine Bar, where evenings are filled with the clink of glasses and the warmth of shared moments. Nature lovers will appreciate the Golden Jubilee Butterfly Walk and the Weston Shore Promenade which are both nearby. The Southampton Water Activities Centre is just across the bridge where you can learn how to sail and get involved in other thrilling activities. If you’re a football fan, St Mary’s Stadium is only a 30-minute walk away.
There is onsite parking which includes one space per apartment; if you require further parking the closest is directly to the left of the property, which is paid for at the exit. The nearest train station is Woolston Station, which is a 10-minute walk away, whilst Southampton Airport is a 21-minute drive from our apartments. Uber operates in the city, so it’s easy to get a taxi if you have an account.

Cancellation Policy
- 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
