n our apartments you will find a fully equipped kitchenette that will allow you to enjoy your usual tasty and healthy homemade meals at any time of the day. Crockery, cutlery, an electric stove and an electric kettle - there is everything you need. A microwave oven and a drinking water filter are available in the common area . In our -apartment you will have your own personal bathroom equipped with a shower, as well as  towels, soap accessories and slippers. The apartment has a 80 cm (32 inch) Plasma TV with many TV channels. And of course, High Speed Wi-Fi is everywhere ! Additional convenience is provided with the tyral machine , which is located in the common area. There you will also find an ironing board and an iron. It can be rainy in St. Petersburg. An umbrella and a shoe dryer are at your disposal! We have provided all the details for your comfortable stay in St. Petersburg. We adhere to the Japanese  Kaizen philosophy , which focuses on continuous process improvement , so we would greatly appreciate your ideas for improving and complementing our apartments.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
