This lovely large 4 bedroom house is in Reddish, a suburb of Manchester and a convenient location for visiting Manchester or Stockport (or further afield accessible by rail). The property is within a short walk to Reddish North rail station and just 1 mile from the M60 motorway. The property is well placed for public transport with regular buses nearby. Uber Taxis cost from £6-£9 to the Etihad Stadium (just over 3 miles away), a perfect location for football or concert fans!

There is plenty of free on street parking and in a great location just minutes walk to shops, take-aways and Asda supermarket.
The property is in a perfect location for travelling to Manchester, Stockport or those wanting a central base near a major motorway.

Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
