Trains into Manchester are every few minutes and are simply a 7 to 10 minute journey. There are direct trains every 20 mins to London and the journey takes under two hours. Manchester Airport is a 10-minute drive away.
The Garrick Theatre and the Merseyway Shopping Centre are a five minute walk away from the Mailbox, which is also convenient for the Magistrates’ and County Court, the Plaza performing arts theatre, the Hat Museum and the Stockport Air Raid Shelters. Just recently, local restaurant ‘Where The Light Gets In’ was awarded a Michelin Green Star and is well worth a visit.
