The well-equipped and spacious apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is functionally and aesthetically equipped to meet the leisure needs of larger groups of guests. Rooms have furniture to store belongings, and a separate storage unit in the anteroom holds cleaning and ironing equipment. In one of the bedroom, a nook with a desk makes the apartment also suitable as a "home office" for remote work. The living room opens into a private balcony with garden chairs, located from the side of the inner courtyard of the estate, which provides a sense of peace and quiet.
