About us was born out of the issues that Sid Narang, founder of the company, experienced when moving between key business locations. Apartments were soulless and isolated, with basic services being difficult to locate. With serviced apartments, guests get more than just accommodation: guests get a community and - most importantly- a place to feel at home.

We pride ourselves on our premium apartments and our world class services driven by technology. Whether it is our Guest Experience app which offers a host of services and practical tips to help guests settle in, or whether it is our Guest Services app which ensures all of our apartments meet our exceptionally high standards, we believe that technology is an integral part of enhancing guest satisfaction.

We are the only serviced apartment provider in the world that uses NPS to rate our service, giving us greater insight into the experience of our guests whilst allowing us to constantly improve our services.

Each apartment that we list on platform has passed a rigorous vetting process to achieve mark of approval. If an apartment doesn’t pass our standards, we won't list it on our platform. is built around a community that provides invaluable advice for today's modern business traveller. In addition to outlining practical tips for acclimating to your new country, we offer events designed specifically to help you settle in, an online forum where you can connect with other expats and residents in addition to a wealth of crowdsourced knowledge of the cities we operate in.

Launched in 2008 as House of Modern Living, we’ve experienced a rapid growth from the very first apartment to covering all main areas of London and other key business cities today. We provide corporate and leisure accommodation in our premium serviced apartments, focusing on the mid- to long term stays.

Our mission since our inception in 2008 has been to cater to travellers seeking high-quality, spacious and functional accommodation solutions at a fraction of the price of a four-star hotel room.
