Launched in 2008 as House of Modern Living, we’ve experienced a rapid growth from the very first apartment to covering all main areas of London and other key business cities today. We provide corporate and leisure accommodation in our premium serviced apartments, focusing on the mid- to long term stays.

Our mission since our inception in 2008 has been to cater to travellers seeking high-quality, spacious and functional accommodation solutions at a fraction of the price of a four-star hotel room. Our customers can benefit from a home away from home feeling, and building on our success and brand equity, we decided to launch thesqua.re serviced apartments.

thesqua.re offers all the same benefits that House of Moli is known and loved for plus a thorough online platform that allows clients to manage all bookings and finances online and to search and book throughout our ever-growing portfolio. With thesqua.re, we also offer a loyalty programme where you earn points on every single booking – points that can be used as a direct saving on future bookings.
