thesqua.re was born out of the issues that Sid Narang, founder of the company, experienced when moving between key business locations. Apartments were soulless and isolated, with basic services being difficult to locate. With thesqua.re serviced apartments, guests get more than just accommodation: guests get a community and - most importantly- a place to feel at home.
We pride ourselves on our premium apartments and our world class services driven by technology. Whether it is our Guest Experience app which offers a host of services and practical tips to help guests settle in, or whether it is our Guest Services app which ensures all of our apartments meet our exceptionally high standards, we believe that technology is an integral part of enhancing guest satisfaction.

Each apartment that we list on thesqua.re platform has passed a rigorous vetting process to achieve thesqua.re mark of approval. If an apartment doesn’t pass our standards, we won't list it on our platform.
