This majestic three bedroom apartment close to Passeig de Gracia is the epitome of class and style on one of the most important streets in Barcelona, Gran de Gracia. It is quiet and has a lovely sunny balcony that can be accessed from the living room and from the master bedroom. The apartment is just stunning with high ceilings, warm wooden floors, beautiful stained glass window details and happy lighting. The decorations have subdued tones making a very calming and elegant effect. The living room offers great comfort with a big sofa and elegant table, flat screen TV integrated into the wall decoration. The living room overlooks inner patio, with nice balcony creating a relaxing atmosphere with good sun orientation. The master bedroom has a big fluffy double bed, and also offers access to its own Barcelona balcony and its own en suite bathroom. The other guest bedroom has a big double bedroom and the second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment is everything that you could ask for in a top quality suite in Barcelona.
Cancellation Policy
- 72 hours or 3 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.

- For guest in house 72 hours or 3 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 6th September then gives notice on the 5th September, then 1 days notice has been given and a charge of 2 nights will be applied.
