The neighbourhood is very safe as Pelai Street is a very famous street for its retails shops. You can walk to the Ramblas in about 5 minutes, to the Passeig de Gracia in 7 minutes and to the Plaza Catalunya in 5 minutes. There are many really interesting stores in this area and restaurants if you go into the Old City area that begins across the street. Plaza Catalunya is always an important landmark to stay by as the most interesting things happen there. In the wintertime, the Plaza Catalunya is transformed into an ice rink that the whole family can enjoy. During the summer months, it is the main place to meet with friends. The Ramblas is the famous pedestrian street with small stands. Many times on the Rambla or on the parallel street, Portal de Angel, there are small stands with handmade crafts. If you want to be in the best location, in comfortable and stylish accommodation, this might be your best choice.

This is one of our most popular apartments in the city centre of Barcelona as it is in the best location on Pelai Street, right next to the famous Plaza Catalunya, close to the Ramblas and the Passeig de Gracia. This apartment facilitates shopping (some really great retail stores are here), dining, sightseeing, nightlife, and you are in the right place if there are any holidays in Barcelona as you will be right in the middle of the action. The building is historical, but the apartment is newly renovated and very stylish. All of the decorations are well thought out to give you the feeling of being in a hotel suite but with two bedrooms and a kitchen and price that is much more economical. The living room/ dinning room and kitchen area is open style. The master bedroom has a big queen sized bed and the guest bedroom has adult bunk beds. You have everything you need to have a comfortable and home-like stay in Barcelona. It is important to note that this apartment is the only apartment that we manage that does not have a washing machine. Though, we can help out organising laundry services with external company.
Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
