Upon walking into the apartment, there is an open kitchen and living room layout, lending itself well to creating a communal atmosphere. The space benefits from natural light flowing from the terrace, and is accented with neutral and wooden tones. The kitchen comes fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Step out onto the large terrace where you will find a lounge area and a dining table to enjoy a meal with friends. Feel completely secluded in this private area, away from the bustling noise of the city streets. The apartment comes with two bedrooms, both with queen sized beds, and ample storage space. The first bedroom with green details comes with a custom built desk for private work from the home area. The second bedroom has calming tones of beige and has its own ensuite bathroom with full shower. The apartment comes with a second full bathroom in the hallway equipped with fresh towels and a shower. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV (Netflix access). The plants are live and vibrant, which you need not worry about tending with our self-watering irrigation system. The apartment comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning for your full convenience.
