Our delightful 4 bedroom Serviced House is a bright, modern, spacious house perfectly situated in Perry Barr, Birmingham, close to Alexander stadium. Grindleford Road Aparment has 1 family Bathroom and 1 ensuite to the downstairs bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and has seating for dining, and the living room has a Smart TV, Amazon Alexa, and free Wi-Fi. This is a two storey house with stairs and enclosed rear garden. Parking on the drive for 3 cars. The mixture of single and double beds provides a wide range of sleeping options. The fully equipped kitchen/dining room has a sociable 'heart of the house' feel to it, while the living room has Smart TV, Amazon Alexa, and fast and free WiFi, which is of course available throughout the house. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard, so if you are just sorting out breakfast or if you fancy cooking dinner yourself... it includes the basics like electric kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, plus a decent hob, electric fan oven, and it comes fully equipped with kitchenware, utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses as you expect. This two-storey house has allocated off-street parking for three vehicles with no height restriction. There is a fenced garden to the rear with side access.
