Other nearby larger towns all have quick, fast and easy access via road and access to London and Heathrow is well served this is an excellent base for those visiting or passing through Heathrow and the surrounding area with easy access to the south coast and other areas of the South of the UK too. The property is located on a brand new concentration of new build homes close to the town centre and retains a surprising level of quietness given it's proximity to road links.Bracknell town centre has recently undergone a scheme of regeneration with new shops and restaurants with leisure facilities such as Cinema choices, bowling alley, ice rink and the Coral Reef Waterworld. Hurley Drive Apartments Bracknell is a in a quiet brand-new residential street near to the town centre. A brand-new build from a developer known for high quality construction, it has a light and spacious feel to it with with four bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and combined dining and living area. A main family bathroom plus an ensuite to the master bedroom there's also a downstairs separate toilet as well. It comfortably sleeps up to 8. Beds are mixed Super King and singles throughout so good for groups as well as families travelling together.
The fully equipped kitchen/dining room flows to the living area with a comfortable sofa, guaranteeing a pleasant and sociable 'heart of the house' feel. The living area has a Smart TV, Amazon Alexa and fast and free WiFi, which is of course available throughout the house. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard, so if you are just sorting out breakfast or if you fancy cooking dinner yourself... it includes the basics like electric kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, plus large four burner Gas Hob, electric fan oven, and it comes fully equipped with kitchenware, utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses as you would expect and always get with Ferndale Apartments.
This two-storey house has allocated off-street parking for two vehicles with no height restriction.
The living arrangements include the master bedroom having a well apportioned en-suite bathroom attached as well as fitted wardrobe and chest drawers. A Smart TV is also provided for your comfort and convenience.
Sleeping arrangements are a Super King size bed Bedrooms two and three also have a Super King size and single bed respectively in each and are well laid out with wardrobes and bedside cabinets and lamps. Bedroom four on the ground floor has a Super King sized and one single bed.
The family bathroom on the upper floor comprises a full-size bath with shower over. The additional downstairs WC has toilet and basin. Complimentary toiletries include soap and hand wash, shampoo and shower body wash. Of course, there are ample towels included.
