The Company´s clients or its representative may cancel a room in writing, by email, facsimile or phone.
*Reservations up to 5 nights may be cancelled or shortened 24 hours prior to arrival without charge.
Within 24 hours a one-night penalty will apply
*Reservations for 6 to 14 nights may be cancelled or shortened 72 hours prior to arrival without charge.
Within 72 hours a three-night penalty will apply
*Reservations for 15 to 29 nights may be cancelled or shortened 7 days prior to arrival without charge.
Within 7 days a seven-night penalty will apply
*Reservations for 30 to 89 nights may be cancelled or shortened 21 days prior to arrival without charge.
Within 21 days a ten-night penalty will apply
*Reservations for 90 to 179 nights may be cancelled or shortened 29 days prior to arrival without charge.
Within 29 days a fifteen-night penalty will apply
*Reservations for more than 180 nights may be cancelled or shortened 30 days prior to arrival without charge.
Within 30 days a twenty-night penalty will apply
Applied penalty includes the accommodation fee and taxes (VAT and City tax).
