<li>Other things to note

<li>RULES: 
<ul>
<li>This property is not suitable for parties! This is a breach of house rules &amp; will result in immediate removal from the property and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 pm, the quiet times are to be respected. </li>
<li>We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £500 will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property. </li>
<li>Please enjoy your stay and make use of the hot tub and the BBQ. We just ask that you please cover these to protect them when not in use. </li>

<li>PARKING: 
<ul>
<li>We offer free private parking for the duration of your stay from check-in until check-out. This parking is located to the rear of the property and we will send details of how to access this the day before your arrival. </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Long Stay Cleaning Policy: 
<ul>
<li>For stays longer than 14 nights, we require a clean to be booked and every 14 nights thereafter, at the cost of the guest. </li>
<li>During these cleans, the entire property will be refreshed, consumables restocked, and linens and towels changed.</li>
<li>Please contact us for further discounts when booking long stays. </li>

<li>Travel Cot:

<li>The Travel Cot does not come with Linen </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>HOT TUB 
<ul>
<li>If you’d like us to turn the hot tub on before your arrival, please let us know by 5pm the day before you arrive. </li>
<li>Please note that in winter the hot tub can take 8 hours to heat up and doesn’t function below freezing as the pipes inside can freeze.</li>
