The Marlowe is a beautiful three bedroom house located less than five minutes' walk from Canterbury High Street. The property has three bedrooms, a main bathroom upstairs with bath and overhead shower, and a downstairs WC. There is an outdoor patio area and secure parking for one car.
The location of our property is second to none. The Marlowe theatre is a two minute walk away, the Cathedral is just 5 minutes away and the High Street with its numerous restaurants, bars and shops is just a few minutes walk away. We also have a cinema just around the corner. Our property also sits diagonally opposite from a beautiful park where you can see the River Stour meandering its way through the city. Despite its close proximity to amenities, the location benefits from being quiet as it sits on a no through road.

Cancellation Policy
- 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
