Although it still maintains an authentic atmosphere, the villa has recently been restored to include all the amenities of a modern house. A large foyer opens into a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, air conditioning, and doors opening onto a lawn with views of the lake. A formal dining room has seating for 16, while the professional-grade kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a chef: professional gas range and oven, American coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. (Please note that the photo of the kitchen shown is of a similar kitchen; the kitchen at this villa will be comparable but slightly different in appearance.) This floor also has a guest WC.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The first two each have an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and large Jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Up another flight of stairs you will find a large game room with a billiard table and a beautiful lake view.
