The nineteenth-century residence has been restored in 2004. The interiors are highly prestigious, such as the mosaic floor, the wooden staircase, the beautiful frescoes, the old furniture, the statues and paintings dating from the 19th century.
The luxury Villa is surrounded by a beautiful park comprising a tennis court (about 13,000 sqm) and a heated swimming pool (10x6m) with sunbeds, two tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, toys for children, shower and dressing room. The villa is also equipped with a secure outdoor parking and a private dock for motorboats up to 15/20m in length.

Although it still maintains an authentic atmosphere, the villa has recently been restored to include all the amenities of a modern house. A large foyer opens into a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, air conditioning, and doors opening onto a lawn with views of the lake. A formal dining room has seating for 16, while the professional-grade kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a chef: professional gas range and oven, American coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. (Please note that the photo of the kitchen shown is of a similar kitchen; the kitchen at this villa will be comparable but slightly different in appearance.) This floor also has a guest WC.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The first two each have an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and large Jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Up another flight of stairs you will find a large game room with a billiard table and a beautiful lake view. There are also two bedrooms on this floor. The first has a lake view and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, Jacuzzi tub, and shower. The second bedroom has a garden view and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, tub, and shower. On the topmost floor, there are three more bedrooms.
