<li>No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine

<li>Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage. </li>

<li>Noise &amp; Air Monitoring in Place

<li>Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. </li>

<li>Stays Over 10 Nights

<li>Online Check-In Required
