This beautiful three-bedroom beach cottage is situated in the perfect location, with 10 metres of private beach and simply breath taking views of The English Channel beyond. 
Located in the small coastal town of Pevensey Bay you are just a 10 minute stroll to the local shops, cafes and restaurants. The larger towns of Eastbourne and Bexhill can be reached within a short 15 minute drive.

The coast stretches for miles and from the end of your very own private beach you can walk all the way along the coast line through Eastbourne and to the cliffs of Beachy Head.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over and all linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach / swimming towels), for stays of two weeks or more, a second set will be provided.
The property has free WiFi throughout and also has two off road parking spaces at the front of the property.
