<p>Rampart View is a superb 3 bedroom townhouse overlooking the moat and 16th century ramparts of the old town of Gosport, a southern coastal town in Hampshire at the mouth of Portsmouth Harbour. A few m<span class="morecontent">inutes walk from the harbour entrance and ferry which can take you on a short 4 minute ride to Portsmouth with it’s wonderful Old Town, Historic Docks and Gunwharf Quays shopping and leisure centre.</span></p>

<p>The prices advertised on our website are for up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms with all linen and towels provided. Two of the three bedrooms each house a 4ft 6″ double bed and the main bedroom accommodates a king size double bed that can split to create 2 single beds. Additional guests can be accommodated on 2 fold out style camp beds at a additional cost.</p>
<p>Child cots, highchairs and stairgates are also available at no extra cost. <em>(If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child’s bedding).</em></p>

<p>The ground floor welcomes you into the entrance hall with an integral garage off, complete with charging point for an electric car.</p>
<h3 id="bathrooms">Bathrooms</h3>
<p>There is an en-suite shower room off of the ground floor bedroom and a high spec newly fitted shower room located on the second floor.</p>
<h3 id="kitchen">Kitchen</h3>
<p>The kitchen is situated on the first floor looking out over the water towards the original ramparts around the old town, fully equipped for self catering with all the essential mod cons.</p>
<h3 id="living-room">Living room</h3>
<p>The 1<sup>st</sup> floor is the main living area which is largely open plan, with a balcony looking down onto the courtyard garden.</p>
<h3 id="outdoor-spaces">Outdoor spaces</h3>
<p>Through the ground floor bedroom you will find French doors which lead out to a small courtyard with BBQ and the facility to hire in a <strong>Hot Tub</strong>, if desired <em>(Conditions apply-please contact us for further details)</em>.</p>
<p><em>Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue.<br/><br/>All bookings are subject to Owners’ Discretion</em></p>
