Description
  • A large 5 bedroom Georgian Grade 2 listed house retaining many of its original features sleeping up to 18 guests in beds (plus 2 additional guests, if required).
  • The house boasts large front and rear gardens, plenty of off road parking, plus a super fun games room and is only a short walk into town or a 5 minute drive to the beach.
  • The prices advertised on our website are for up to 18 guests within king size ‘zip and link’ double beds (which can separate to create 2 singles if requested), plus additional single and bunk beds, made up with crisp white cotton linen and fresh white towels.
  • One of the bedrooms also has a fold out bed chair, plus one of the sofas within the lounge is a sofa bed if you require additional guests to stay.
  • Additional guests over 18 are charged at a rate of £50 per week/part week per head, or we charge £25 per set of extra linen requested.
  • Child cots and highchairs are also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child’s bedding)
  • There are 3 bathroom/shower rooms available, one shower room on the ground floor and the main bathroom and another shower room on the 1st floor half landing.
  • The kitchen is fitted with a large 5 ring oven and hob, a generously sized American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all other essential mod cons, plus the separate utility room houses the washing machine.
  • The splendid 30 foot living room with it’s original fireplaces, eclectic furniture and beautifully large floor to ceiling windows is the main hub of the ground floor overlooking the front and rear gardens with a large flatscreen TV, a bluetooth music speaker and Wi-Fi provided for your entertainment.
  • The lounge is in two parts and has original Georgian internal wooden doors separating them, allowing the added option to create two separate living rooms or a 6th bedroom if desired.
  • The dining room has seating for up to 20 guests and overlooks the front garden with the 2 dining tables converting to create a pool table and separate table tennis table to keep young and old amused for hours.
  • Outside there are mature gardens and lawn to the rear with trampoline and BBQ area, picnic tables and there is plenty of off road parking for up to 10 vehicles.
  • There is also the facility of hiring in a Hot Tub, if desired. (Please contact us for further details)

Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Protection Plan
Our Cancellation Protection Plan covers you so you can relax with peace of mind and reassurance, knowing you are protected should you need to cancel.
If you have our Cancellation Protection (calculated at 5% of your rental cost) you can receive a 100% refund if you cancel your booking right up to two days in advance of your arrival date for the following reasons:

Illness to you or a named member of your group (covered by a valid doctor’s certificate)
Death to you or a named member of your group (covered by a valid coroners certificate)
Jury service for you or a named member of your group (covered by a valid court notification)
Government public health restrictions mean it would be unlawful to travel or stay at our accommodation (i.e. during a pandemic)

Alternately if you have our Cancellation Protection you can receive a 50% refund if you cancel your booking right up to two days in advance of your arrival date for any other reason other than those named above.

* All refunds are subject to a £25 administration charge

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE OUR CANCELLATION PROTECTION

If you have not taken out our Cancellation Protection and you need to cancel your booking, you will not be eligible for a refund of your rental deposit (due at point of booking) or your rental balance once paid (due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date) and you will need to claim this back through your own holiday insurance provider. Your damages deposit however would be fully refundable if you did not come to stay.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
To cancel your booking written notice via email would need to be received by us at least 48 hours prior to your booking arrival commencement date and then written proof, for example a valid doctor’s/coroners certificate for illness or death, or a court notification for jury service, via recorded delivery for your reason for cancelling would need to be received for a 100% refund. For all other reasons no paperwork is needed to receive your 50% refund.
LIMITATIONS
Cancellations made 1 day prior to or on the day of check-in will not be eligible for a refund. Example: For a check in on Saturday, guests could cancel the Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday before, but not Friday (1 day before) or the Saturday (day of check in).
Complete Accommodation strongly recommend that guests have independent holiday/travel insurance to cover themselves against eventualities such as air flight cancellations, lost baggage, medical cover, emergency evacuation, war, terrorism, etc.
