<li><span>The apartment has been recen</span><span>tly converted and refurbished to a very good 4* star standard with a high specification throughout. </span></li>
<li><span>It is located on the 2nd floor with views over Portsmouth Harbour to Portsdown Hill beyond and is serviced with a lift to aid those not so physically mobile, plus benefits from an allocated parking space.</span></li>
<li>The Granary is a 2 bedroomed second floor apartment accommodating one 5ft king size bed within the master bedroom and another 5ft king size ‘zip and link’ double bed (which can separate to create 2 singles if requested) within the 2nd bedroom, sleeping up to 4 guests in total.</li>
<li>The high spec bathroom has a bath<strong> </strong>with shower over, a wash hand basin and toilet and is tiled from floor to ceiling, with all towelling provided.</li>
<li>The kitchen comes fitted with all essential mod cons and is fully equipped for self catering, including an electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, a tall stand alone fridge freezer, etc.</li>
