  • The Granary is a 2 bedroomed second floor apartment accommodating one 5ft king size bed within the master bedroom and another 5ft king size ‘zip and link’ double bed (which can separate to create 2 singles if requested) within the 2nd bedroom, sleeping up to 4 guests in total.
  • The high spec bathroom has a bath with shower over, a wash hand basin and toilet and is tiled from floor to ceiling, with all towelling provided.
  • The kitchen comes fitted with all essential mod cons and is fully equipped for self catering, including an electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, a tall stand alone fridge freezer, etc.
  • The main living area is open plan to the kitchen with 2 picture windows overlooking the landscaped courtyard and harbour with a large leather corner sofa, dining table and 4 chairs, plus TV, PS3/DVD player, radio/bluetooth speaker.
  • Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue. All bookings are subject to Owners’ Discretion. Our star system is based on current English standards
