The living room with a sofa bed is connected to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find: dishwasher, oven, fridge, kettle, induction hob, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. The apartment has WIFI Internet access, Smart TV, NETFLIX. The comfortable mezzanine has a comfortable double bed. The possibility of controlling the LED light in the bedroom area creates a unique atmosphere. A bright and modern bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a washing machine.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations for 7-30 nights:

  • 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house, 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September and then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September and then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
