The Old Choir School, as the name suggests, was once used as the premises for the Cathedral Choir School. It has many beautiful original features including a large arched window in the living room that floods in light. The house comfortably sleeps 4 with the option of an additional 1/2 on the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and there is a washing machine for guests convenience. There is a bedroom located on the ground floor for guests that have mobility difficulties as well as a first-floor bedroom. Both bathrooms are located on the ground floor. The property is a beautiful base in a prime location to explore the best of Lincoln.

Cancellation Policy
- 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
