<span class="ll4r2nl atm_kd_pg2kvz_1bqn0at dir dir-ltr">The apartment is within a gated complex in an extremely central location, with the rare bonus of free onsite parking. If additional parking is required, there is a pay-and-display car park opposite the complex.<br /><br />You enter the property through the courtyard, initially by going through the main gate with a password supplied by us for both the walking and car gate, allowing you access into the secure courtyard.<br /><br />As you enter the house, you walk into the hallway, with the stairs straight ahead of you and the downstairs toilet and storage cupboard below the stairs, to the right you will see a side table with our WiFi router, with the password attached. There is a bright and spacious living/dining room to the right and the kitchen to the left, which boasts a brand-new washing machine &amp; dryer, and dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso machine with some complimentary pods, along with your essential white goods, microwave, and fridge freezer.<br /><br />Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with king beds, the master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom, which has a rainfall shower as well as a large family bathroom with a very large bath with an overhead shower.<br /><br />Both bedrooms have both solid wooden shutters and blackout curtains, creating a full blackout when both shutters and curtains are closed, giving you a perfect night's sleep. Both mattresses are King Emma Premium mattresses (Voted Which? Product of the Year in 2023), this comes along with three types of pillow, 1. light Duck Feather &amp; Down, 2. Down Alternative Hypoallergenic Bed Story Pillows, 3. Comfort Support White Company Pillows. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe with ample storage space to store and hand your clothes, along with stands for your suitcases.<br /><br />There is also an additional sofa bed in the living room, which is large and comfortable double bed for an additional two guests, this room also benefits from large shutters keeping the light out in the morning for a comfortable night's sleep.<br /><br />The living room has a large table with four chairs and an overnight, making it the perfect workstation if you should so need it. Under our TV you will find a large selection of classic 1980s games, including monopoly, clue, and much more. Next to the sofa, you will see a large storage chest full of blankets for you to snuggle up and watch a film. The TV has an apple TV installed with all the apps you will need, including Netflix and my own collection of over 500 films on apple movies.<br /><br />The apartment is furnished and decorated to a very high standard making it a unique and cozy place to stay, we very much appreciate your feedback, so please let us know how you feel about the decor and comfort in our house.<br /><br />There are complimentary Eden toiletries and amenities to ensure that you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay with us!<br /><br />If you need anything more please let us know!</span></div>
