From offices in New York, London and New Delhi, we look after and house assignees from more than 250 corporate clients worldwide; these corporations range from a mix of Fortune 100 to soon to go public tech companies. Globally and with your help, our aim is to get to 1000 corporate clients by the end of 2021 and expand our coverage from NYC, London and Delhi to more planned offices across Europe and the United States.

 

As a Sales Manager your responsibilities will include driving revenue, sales and market penetration via new key accounts within the US market. This role will provide you with the exciting opportunity to help drive growth and shape the future of our organisation in the Americas Corporate Housing market.

 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined region, Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and objectives
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Customer visits & sales presentations
  • Representing the business at conferences, networking events and exhibitions
  • Maximising new business development opportunities
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Expect moderate travel
  • Position is based out of our NYC office

 

Desired Skills:

 

  • Great relationship builder, with presence, self confidence
  • Excellent English language communication skill
  • Excellent technical selling skills, process driven sales experience or training
  • Knowledge of using Salesforce or a leading CRM is vital.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience with business development and Account management selling to HR, Mobility, Travel or Procurement in mid to large international corporates

Property Acquisitions Manager (Leasing and Management)

Job Summary

Here at TheSqua.re we have a great opportunity for a Property Acquisitions Manager to join our Property leasing & management team! This individual will gain great exposure into the property and property tech industry and build a long-term career with a dynamic, growing, technology driven company.

Our mission at TheSqua.re is to provide the finest short and medium term properties to our 250+ corporate clients worldwide. We lease, manage and house assignees from Fortune 100 to soon to go public tech companies in 100s of cities globally. In London our aim is to double our leased and managed portfolio in the next three years and this is where you will be able to apply your excellent property, negotiation, commercial skillset.

 

Key Tasks:

  • Conduct primary research on new upcoming property developments & work with retail as well as institutional funds in line with The Squa.re’s property strategy
  • Establish initial contact and form partnerships with developers, fund managers, contractors and regulators design programs to lease or manage property portfolio as suitable across central London
  • Prepare timely, accurate & professional reports & proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms for new and renewed contracts.
    • Be proactive in networking in the property industry and communicate effectively across relevant bodies, forums and trade associations.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in property Acquisition and management
  • Negotiates and builds fruitful formal and informal partnerships to achieve strategic objectives and improve outcomes
  • Desire and drive to succeed, get-things-done and develop professionally
  • Professional communication skills in English (phone, e-mail, face-to-face)
  • Fosters a culture of excellence in service delivery
  • Highly numerate and analytical, Strong negotiation & presentation skills
  • Good understanding of legal terminology and contract agreements
  • Candidates with existing relationships and experience in Central London preferred
