The apartment comes completely furnished with top quality beds, dining table and chairs, custom Ukio-made sofas, and prepared with fresh linens and towels. This Ukio apartment can be booked for a period of one month and up to ten months.

*We cannot be held responsible for any noise (construction or street noise) outside the apartment. We also cannot be held responsible for rooms without air conditioning (all rooms with air conditioning will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any cancellation or refund request related to these two issues.

Cancellation Policy
Minimum stay is 31 nights
30 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
For guest in house 14 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September and then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
