Located at the edge of Parque Eduardo VII, Nusa is a spacious 110 square meter apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. The design uses bold and bright colors, enhanced by the light flooding into the apartment, as well as woven texture to recreate a beach-feel. Upon walking into the apartment, there is a living room on the left which is composed of a lounge area with SmartTV and a dining area.
Past the entrance, find an ensuite bedroom to the right. The space is luminous, fitted with a canopy queen-sized bed and a private workspace. The ensuite bathroom comes with a shower. The second ensuite bedroom down the hall plays with tones of earthy colors. The bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and office area, as well as an indoor patio. The second ensuite bathroom has a bathtub with shower.
The kitchen is modern and fully furnished with all cooking utensils and appliances. The indoor patio has a small table to enjoy one's breakfast. There is a small terrace with an outdoor lounge area.
*This Ukio apartment can be booked for a period of one month and up to ten months.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). Cancellation Policy
- Minimum stay is 31 nights (92 for Berlin)
- 30 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September and then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
