3 Union Court offers 2 fully furnished, luxurious serviced apartments within a grade II listed building.
Each apartment features an open-plan Living/Dining area with flat screen TV, luxurious Italian leather sofas and stylish dining furniture. Both apartments have separate fully equipped kitchens, with a cooker, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. An integrated fridge and washer/dryer are also featured within the bright contemporary kitchens.
The spacious bedroom areas are modern with ample wardrobe space and dressing tables.
Cancellation Policy
1-6 night stays-72 hours written notice to be recieved prior to 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Cancellation within 72 hours of check in will incur an accommodation charge between 1-3 nights.
7-28 nights stay- 7 days written notice to be recieved prior to the 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Cancellation within 7 days will incur charges fo the first 7 nights of the booking.
28 nights + stays- 28 days written notice to be recieved prior to 3.00pm on arrival date. Cancellation within 28 nights will incur charges for the first 28 nights of the booking.
