Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Non-arrival

1-6 Night duration:

48Hrs prior to arrival

(to avoid 1-night compensation for loss charge)

If a room reservation is cancelled, with such cancellation confirmed in writing by email or fax by the Company, its guests, employees or agents prior to the Cancellation Deadline, no charge shall apply. If a reservation is cancelled by the Company, its guests, employees or agents after the Cancellation Deadline or absent any written evidence to confirm such cancellation, the Company shall be liable to pay a compensation for loss charge equal to the full accommodation charge for the room for the first night of the reservation.

In the event of a non-arrival, guaranteed reservations will be subject to a compensation for loss charge equal to the full accommodation charge for the room for the first night of the reservation. The remaining nights of the stay shall be automatically cancelled.

7-14 Night duration:

72Hrs prior to arrival

(to avoid 3-night compensation for loss charge fee)

If a room reservation is cancelled, with such cancellation confirmed in writing by email or fax by the Company, its guests, employees or agents prior to the Cancellation Deadline, no charge shall apply. If a reservation is cancelled by the Company, its guests, employees or agents after the Cancellation Deadline or absent any written evidence to confirm such cancellation, the Company shall be liable to pay a compensation for loss charge equal to the full accommodation charge for the room for the first three nights of the reservation.

In the event of a non-arrival, guaranteed reservations will be subject to a compensation for loss charge equal to the full accommodation charge for the room for the first three nights of the reservation. The remaining nights of the stay shall be automatically cancelled.

1527 Night duration:

7 days prior to arrival date

(to avoid 7 nights compensation for loss charge)

If a room reservation is cancelled, with such cancellation confirmed in writing by email or fax by the Company, its guests, employees or agents prior to the Cancellation Deadline, no charge shall apply. If a reservation is cancelled by the Company, its guests, employees or agents after the Cancellation Deadline or absent any written evidence to confirm such cancellation, the Company shall be liable to pay a compensation for loss charge equal to the full accommodation charge for the room for the first seven nights of the reservation.

In the event of a non-arrival, guaranteed reservations will be subject to a compensation for loss charge equal to the full accommodation charge for the room for the first seven nights of the reservation. The remaining nights of the stay shall be automatically cancelled.

28+ night duration:

14 days prior to arrival date

(to avoid 14 nights compensation for loss charge)

If a room reservation is cancelled, with such cancellation confirmed in writing by email or fax by the Company, its guests, employees or agents prior to the Cancellation Deadline, no charge shall apply. If a reservation is cancelled by the Company, its guests, employees or agents after the Cancellation Deadline or absent any written evidence to confirm such cancellation, the Company shall be liable to pay a compensation for loss charge equal to the full accommodation charge for the room for the first fourteen nights of the reservation.

In the event of a non-arrival, guaranteed reservations will be subject to a compensation for loss charge equal to the full accommodation charge for the room for the first fourteen nights of the reservation. The remaining nights of the stay shall be automatically cancelled.

Early termination/amendments to stay

1-6 Night duration:

Should the guest depart earlier than expected, compensation for loss charges are applicable equal to the cancellation policy applied to the stay tier 1-6 night duration. The Company, guest, employee or agent shall be liable to pay a compensation for loss charge equal to the full accommodation charge for the room for the first night of the reservation.

Any amendments to your stay including terminations are required in writing by email.

Should the guest wish to extend their stay beyond the current departure date the client must provide written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved move-out-date. We will endeavour to grant any requests for such extension at the current rate, however, this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative room may be offered should the current occupied room be unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
