It was a pleasant stay at Cobalt Point.  Vipul and Mohsin were very helpful during the stay.

Excellent modern apartment, clean, well-equipped and well located close to South quay DLR.
Only disappointment was a faulty bedroom window which would not shut, meaning that sound-proofing was ineffective, especially noticeable at night.  Despite reporting this to guest services during my stay, nothing was done about it.

The apartments are well connected and are at a walking distance to Crossharbour and South Quay DLRs. Convenient and comfortable stay.

Our stay here was great. The apartments were the same as they were shown in the pictures. We booked a serviced apartment because a hotel room is too crammed up for two adults with three kids. So space wise this suited us well.

I have stayed with them twice. Once while I was in Hong Kong and the other time I was in Paris for some work. Lovely experience at both the places.

They are located at UK’s financial centre so obviously the streets were less crowded and I enjoyed it. The daily city walks to the shopping centres and the visit to the Dockland museum were refreshing for my two kids who stayed with me. We had booked the apartment for almost 30 days, so we literally made it our ‘home’ for a month.

The property is located at one of the quietest neighborhoods of London and well connected to other areas. My office was hardly 5 mins away. But other than that the DLRs are readily available. The internet and other facilities were great. Just one thing though the wifi had stopped working on the third day of my stay but it was repaired in no time.

I stayed at this apartment for 6 days and I stayed one time before about two weeks ago. The stay was as perfect as the time before! The apartment has everything you need. It's very clean and fresh. It's about 5-10 minutes to walk to canary wharf station or 2 minutes to the DLR station. There is a Tesco just 1 minute away from the apartment. The check in was very easy, just picked up the keys from the reception in the building. I booked the apartment one day before I was arriving and there was no problem at all, everything went so smoothly. I'm very happy with this and will be staying here every time I visit London.

Possibly one of the best serviced stays I have stayed in! Loved thesqua.re’s services. The apartment is located really well in Canary Wharf and is super fancy! I loved how spacious the apartment is and also how well-kept it was when I stepped in on the first day. Easy check-in and check-out process and really helpful staff here. I was helped with a 2-hours early check-in which was really early in the morning as my flight had landed much earlier than anticipated. No problems during my entire week’s stay. Highly recommended thesqua.re’s properties and service.

This is a spacious, well fitted apartment in a great location. Cobalt Place is easy to walk to Canary Wharf shops & bars etc. Plenty of room for two and everything you need.

Great stay whilst we were visiting the country to country festival at the O2. Easily accessed by jubilee line at Canary Wharf and in a nice safe area. Would stay again. Thanks!

Great apartment. Lots of space and quite tastefully decorated. Clean washrooms and fresh linens which were replaced by staff on a regular basis. Even the maintenance was regular throughout my stay. Excellent location in Canary Wharf and even the tube station was a short walk away. Very good indeed!

Very pleasantly surprised. First serviced apartment stay and it turned out to be excellent. Great service by the staff of thesqua.re. The manager was very helpful and resourceful. He guided me to all the places in and around and also helped me with an extra bed within 30 minutes of the request. Clean, spacious and the apartment is very well ventilated and feels like home. Also great for people who are coming to London on business. Right in the heart of Canary Wharf and the tube station is just a small walk away. Loved the experience.

Spacious, clean and well ventilated. Linens were fresh on arrival and they did the maintenance quite well throughout my stay. I had stayed in this apartment last December for an entire month as I was in London for work. The place will make one feel like they are at home. The manager was very personable, they even arrived one weekend with a load of DVDs for me to watch. While I am writing this, I have actually booked my second stay at this apartment and I am very confident about thesqua.re’s services. 5 stars for cleanliness and hygiene.

Well-kept and maintained apartment right in the middle of Canary Wharf! Very close to the tube. Travelling to other parts of London was a piece of cake. Great staff and very skilled. Though the Wi-Fi wasn’t working on my first day, the manager was extremely proficient and got it fixed under an hour upon my request.  I would give it 4 out of 5 for services, 5 out of five 5 for location and connectivity and 6 on 5 for cleanliness and maintenance. Impressed and good work thesqua.re

Perfect location and clean apartment- thankfully! The kitchen has everything you need and the staff would help us with anything we would ask for. I cooked and ate at home for most days of the week. Lots of good restaurants and utility stores in and around. I also just walked to the office in Canary Wharf- which was just 10 minutes from the building. Seamless check-out and check-in process. Staff is very skilled and handled requests well within the time they would state. Plus, the place could not have been better furnished- I felt like I was staying at a friend’s place in London. Good service and recommended.

Service on point and so was the apartment. It was very spacious and had everything anyone would need. I was visiting London for a friend’s wedding and we stayed in this apartment for two weeks. Centrally located and the tube was only minutes away. Staff did their work promptly and were always available to help- which counts for quality customer service. So that’s a 5 out of  5! Loved the stay, excellent location, clean and spacious apartment- I would totally recommend staying here

Stayed here for 6 months and I loved the apartment. I was in London for a training programme and I felt like I was home. The staff and the property manager helped me throughout with most of my requests. Be it the Wi-Fi or the linens, or a bulb not working- the staff is always at the guests’ beck and call- and with a smile.  Loved the décor, furnishing and the fact that the apartment had everything I needed. Excellent location and good connectivity too. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

The apartment is in a calm area yet 10 minutes away from the center and canary wharf station. It is clean, well furnished and had everything needed. They also provide cleaning service and free wifi. Very safe, chic area. The building has concierge 24/7. The managers were very helpful, always available to answer any enquiry.
