- Bathrooms are sleek and modern, offering walk-in showers, underfloor heating, plush towels, a bathtub, and premium toiletries to get you started.
- The sun-filled, open-plan living and dining area is thoughtfully styled for comfort and entertaining.
- Relax on the chaise lounge, stream your favorite shows on the 65” Smart TV, or enjoy garden views from the dining table that seats up to 8.
- The sofa converts into a sleeper bed, and an additional Z-mattress is available for flexible sleeping arrangements.
- A sleek, fully equipped kitchen awaits with high-end appliances including a coffee maker, Nutribullet, toaster, pizza oven, and juicer.
- Stocked with essentials like tea, coffee, oil, salt, and sugar, it’s ready for home cooking.

- You will have private access to the entire property.
- Because the home comes with a key nest, you’ll be able to check in any time after 4 pm, but please be mindful of noise after 11 pm.
- There is no free daytime parking outside the property.
- You can park on the street overnight after 6:30pm on Monday - Friday until 8:30 am next day; on Saturday you can park after 6:30pm and Sunday parking is free all day.
- Remember, parking restrictions start from Monday 8am again.
