<li>Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, hotel-quality linens, ample storage, and private en-suite bathrooms.</li>
<li>The super king bed in the master suite can be split into two singles upon request.</li>
<li>Bathrooms are sleek and modern, offering walk-in showers, underfloor heating, plush towels, a bathtub, and premium toiletries to get you started.</li>
<li>The sun-filled, open-plan living and dining area is thoughtfully styled for comfort and entertaining.</li>

<li>Because the home comes with a key nest, you’ll be able to check in any time after 4 pm, but please be mindful of noise after 11 pm. </li>

<li>There is no free daytime parking outside the property. </li>
<li>You can park on the street overnight after 6:30pm on Monday - Friday until 8:30 am next day; on Saturday you can park after 6:30pm and Sunday parking is free all day. </li>
<li>Remember, parking restrictions start from Monday 8am again.</li>
