GROUND FLOOR

• Living Room: This bright and airy living room is styled with accents of sunshine yellow, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It features a large grey sofa, two matching armchairs, and additional seating on a window seat. Classic period features, like the grey marble fireplace, are complemented by a bold patterned rug and colourful framed prints on the walls.

• Dining Room: Continuing the cheerful yellow theme, the dining room offers a lovely space with a dining table for six, elegantly lit by a chic silver light fixture above.

• Kitchen and Snug: A few steps down from the dining room is a charming snug area with a large grey sofa, coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. Beyond this is the modern kitchen with white walls and skylights that flood the space with natural light. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a hot tap, coffee machine, large fridge/freezer, warming drawer, and a Perspex dining table with four chairs. Bifold doors lead out to the garden.

• Garden: A beautifully designed Astro-turfed outdoor space with lavender and olive trees, benches with colorful cushions, outdoor lighting, a high table with two chairs, and a BBQ make it the perfect area for relaxation.

• Utility Room: Located down a small set of stairs in the hallway, the utility room includes a washing machine and separate dryer.

FIRST FLOOR

• First Bedroom: This charming bedroom features fresh white interiors, a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and a chair. A cottage-style window offers a lovely view of the garden.

• First Bathroom: The modern bathroom features sleek white tiles, a bath with an overhanging waterfall shower, a wash basin, and a WC.

• Second Bedroom: A delightful lilac bedroom perfect for children, with a single trundle bed and an additional pull-out bed. The room also includes a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and plenty of children's toys and books.

• Study: A cozy room ideal for working from home, complete with an office desk, chair, and Mac screen. A period-style fireplace with a marble surround adds character to the space, and the modern furniture, including a sofa that converts into a single sofa bed, offers comfort for an additional guest.

SECOND FLOOR

• Third Bedroom: This minimalist room features fresh white interiors and a king-size bed, two bedside tables, a widescreen TV, and a chest of drawers set up as a vanity desk with mirrors. The room includes an ensuite bathroom.

• Ensuite Bathroom: The ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in waterfall shower, wash basin, and WC.

THIRD FLOOR

• Master Bedroom: Located on the top floor, this stunning modern bedroom is styled in grey tones and features a Juliet balcony with access to an Astro-turfed roof terrace via two steps. The room is equipped with a king-size bed, bedside tables, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Skylight windows provide plenty of natural light.

• Master Ensuite Bathroom: The chic charcoal grey-tiled ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub, a separate shower, and a wash basin. Please note, there is no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom, though the WC is cornered off for privacy.

• Roof Terrace: A fabulous outdoor space with rooftop views, Astro-turf flooring, a table and chairs, and sun loungers perfect for enjoying the sunshine.
