GROUND FLOOR

• Living Room: This bright and airy living room is styled with accents of sunshine yellow, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It features a large grey sofa, two matching armchairs, and additional seating on a window seat. Classic period features, like the grey marble fireplace, are complemented by a bold patterned rug and colourful framed prints on the walls.

• Dining Room: Continuing the cheerful yellow theme, the dining room offers a lovely space with a dining table for six, elegantly lit by a chic silver light fixture above.

• Kitchen and Snug: A few steps down from the dining room is a charming snug area with a large grey sofa, coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. Beyond this is the modern kitchen with white walls and skylights that flood the space with natural light. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a hot tap, coffee machine, large fridge/freezer, warming drawer, and a Perspex dining table with four chairs. Bifold doors lead out to the garden.

• Garden: A beautifully designed Astro-turfed outdoor space with lavender and olive trees, benches with colorful cushions, outdoor lighting, a high table with two chairs, and a BBQ make it the perfect area for relaxation.

• Master Ensuite Bathroom: The chic charcoal grey-tiled ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub, a separate shower, and a wash basin. Please note, there is no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom, though the WC is cornered off for privacy.

• Roof Terrace: A fabulous outdoor space with rooftop views, Astro-turf flooring, a table and chairs, and sun loungers perfect for enjoying the sunshine.
