The Warwick is a modern high end 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat located a few minutes walk from Earls Court station, with private entrance and private patio providing direct access to Philbeach Garden.
A remarkable two bedroom basement flat with total floor area of 861 sqft / 80 sqm . Upon entering, you will be met by the living room, which has French doors providing direct access to the private patio. The orange innovation sofa folds out into a very comfortable UK King-Size bed. Most lights are smart lights. The dining table is extendable and includes 4 comfortable dining chairs. There is a desk with office chair, a 34" 4K Ultra Wide curved monitor with docking station build in and a colour printer / scanner / copier. The adjacent kitchen has dual induction and gas hob, build in dishwasher, oven, microwave, food waste disposer, fridge and freezer, long quartz worktop. Touch open and soft close drawers and cabinets.  All necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment is provided. Most sockets are 230v Universal sockets with double USB ports. The main bathroom includes a full bath, large washer (10kg) dryer (6kg) combo, water towel heater, fog free adjustable light mirror, silent fan, soft close hanging toilet and plenty of storage.
