The Warwick is a modern high end 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat located a few minutes walk from Earls Court station, with private entrance and private patio providing direct access to Philbeach Garden.
A remarkable two bedroom basement flat with total floor area of 861 sqft / 80 sqm . Upon entering, you will be met by the living room, which has French doors providing direct access to the private patio. The orange innovation sofa folds out into a very comfortable UK King-Size bed. Most lights are smart lights. The dining table is extendable and includes 4 comfortable dining chairs. There is a desk with office chair, a 34" 4K Ultra Wide curved monitor with docking station build in and a colour printer / scanner / copier.
